📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze credit risk metrics and trends to identify potential issues and opportunities.,Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect Stripe's business and customers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Conduct regular risk reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.,Provide risk-related insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.,Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and tools.,Support the risk team in the preparation of risk-related reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in credit risk management, risk operations, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with risk management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS).,Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
