In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the vessel, including route planning, crew management, and ensuring the safety of all personnel on board. You will also oversee the loading and unloading of chemicals, adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve as the Owner's representative, ensuring the safe navigation of the vessel.
• Plan and execute routes, ensuring timely and efficient transport of hazardous materials.
• Manage the crew, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maritime regulations.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of chemicals, adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with the shore team and other stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Mariner, with a minimum of 3 years on chemical tankers.
• Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited or 100GT).
• STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) and Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) certifications.
• Experience with chemical tanker operations and knowledge of hazardous materials.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ECDIS and other navigational software.
