📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the outsourcing accounting team, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, helping them to meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth flow of information and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on outsourcing or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
