📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bunker team, ensuring all fueling activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vessel managers and crew to schedule and manage fuel deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all fuel transactions and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fuel quality and ensure it meets the required standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards.
• Train and supervise bunker staff to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable in their roles.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fuel operations with overall vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine fuel operations, with a focus on bunker management.
• Certification as a Bunker Operations Supervisor (BOSIET) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL.
• Proficient in using marine fuel management software such as Bunker Management System (BMS) or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid sea service record (SSR) or equivalent.
