📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and evaluate energy policies and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on energy efficiency and renewable energy integration.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and promote renewable energy adoption.
• Conduct research and gather data on energy trends, market developments, and technological advancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive energy policy initiatives and projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on energy policy matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Policy, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy policy analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R.
• Familiarity with energy regulations, policies, and standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainability practices is a plus.
