Developing and maintaining technical documentation for products and services,Collaborating with product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Creating user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Reviewing and editing technical content for clarity and accuracy,Assisting in the development of training materials and presentations,Supporting the marketing team with product information and technical specifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English
