📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar EPC projects from inception to commissioning.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and operational constraints.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.,Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and implement corrective actions as needed.,Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.,Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.,Proven experience in managing EPC projects, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.,Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and project development processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards relevant to renewable energy projects.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
