📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention.
  • Understanding of the Indonesian job market and local labor laws.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
