📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assessing and monitoring patients' health status and providing appropriate nursing care.,Developing and implementing nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborating with the medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Registration with the Indonesian Nursing Board (BKN) or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
