📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and project success.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Understanding of Indonesian construction industry regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
