📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.,Develop and implement employee training programs.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
