📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.,Identify opportunities for process automation and develop strategies to implement them, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure project deliverables meet business needs.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, challenges, and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital transformation and process automation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or process automation, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and process automation tools and technologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and market dynamics is a plus.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or digital transformation are a plus.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
