Jaya Nanda Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and providing guidance to junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulations.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and microbiological tests.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians and other staff members.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper inventory management.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.,Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or healthcare environment.,Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and equipment is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
