Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.,Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights that support business growth.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, and apply this knowledge to improve our data analysis capabilities.,Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis teams.,Strong understanding of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement data analysis strategies that drive business growth and success.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures is a plus.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
