📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
