📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and cleaning services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.,Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities.,Provide general support to the management team as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
