📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports to ensure accurate documentation of security activities.,Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.,Enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and employees.,Provide security training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.,Work closely with the Security Manager to implement and maintain security measures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations and management.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and authorities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid security license or certification (e.g., SATPAM, Security Supervisor).,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant security software.
