Gold Camp Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bartender to join our team. As a Deputy Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized.,Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and taking drink orders efficiently.,Handle cash transactions and manage the bar's cash float.,Assist in training and mentoring new bar staff.,Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for hospitality.
