🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong background in HR systems and processes.
• Certification in HRIS (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
