📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and point-of-sale systems.,Assist in the preparation of daily reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the implementation of store promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
