📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.,Assist in the management of production resources, including materials and equipment.,Conduct quality checks on production outputs to ensure they meet the required standards.,Assist in the training and development of new production staff.,Support the production manager in implementing and maintaining production standards and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
