📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects related to warehouse and supply chain operations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and industry standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on warehouse and supply chain projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies relevant to warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
