📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary protocols.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, setting a high standard for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
