Medical Social Worker - Healthcare Support Specialist

Your daily tasks will include patient advocacy, crisis intervention, and community outreach, all while maintaining a supportive and empathetic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct social assessments to identify the needs and challenges of patients and their families.
• Develop and implement social support programs tailored to the specific needs of our patients.
• Coordinate with medical staff, counselors, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide patient advocacy and support to help individuals navigate the healthcare system.
• Conduct crisis intervention and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness and provide support to vulnerable populations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social support programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and program activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical social work or a similar role.
• Certification as a Medical Social Worker (MSW) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
