📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the efficient storage and retrieval of materials using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize warehouse processes using SAP and other logistics software to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics operations and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
