📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.,Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
