📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site visits to oversee operations and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the sales or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
