Food Store Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations in our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain an organized and well-stocked store to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
