📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and develop the team, providing coaching and mentoring.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and support initiatives.,Represent the company at local events and community activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
